What type of projects have you worked on?We have worked on a variety of projects ranging from driveways, patios, retaining walls, pool decks, outdoor kitchens & etc.

Do brick pavers need to be sealed?No, but it is recommended. Not only does it enhance the appearance of the brick pavers, it offers protection from fading, mildew, and rust. Also, applying a sealant prevents stains and signs of aging. Additionally, it makes it easier to wash away dirt, grime, and grease.

What type of payment does PBP accept?We accept payments in the form of cash and check.

When is payment due for services provided by PBP?A 50% deposit is required to purchase materials upfront, and the remaining 50% is due up on completion of your project.

Is Platinum Brick Pavers licensed & insured?Yes to both! Platinum Brick Pavers is licensed, meeting all necessary legal requirements to operate. Additionally, we are insured to provide protection for both us and our clients in the unlikely event of accidents or damages during the course of work. So, you can trust us to carry out your project with professionalism and peace of mind.

Does Platinum Brick Pavers warranty their work?Yes! We go above and beyond to ensure our customers are always satisfied because it's the right thing to do.

How long should I wait before walking on my pavers after sealing them?Walking on pavers too soon after sealing can leave visible footprints, and allow dirt or other contaminants to stick to the sealer. We recommend waiting 24 hours. Most sealers will fully cure between 48 to 72 hours. *75 degrees and warmer with direct sunlight will provide the fastest results Conditions below 50 degrees can slow the curing process or make sealing at that temperature a poor choice altogether.*
